1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original brand packaging with tags intact.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of parcel delivery.
- Unstitched items that have been cut, altered, or washed are not eligible for exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange
